Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO8 VA Caribbean Healthcare System, San Juan, Puerto Rico intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Part 12) sole source contract with ROCHE DIAGNOSTICS CORPORATION. 9115 HAGUE RD, INDIANAPOLIS, IN 46256 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This action is for the procurement of TWO (2) months- cost per reportable test contract for Chemistry, Immunochemistry and Pre-Analytics Analyzers for the VA Caribbean Healthcare System Pathology and Laboratory Service in San Juan P.R. and the Outpatient Clinics of Ponce and Mayaguez. No solicitation package is available. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to these requirements by JULY 13, 2015 10:00AM Caribbean/Puerto Rico. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
