- OOB ERD Large OOB ERD Small Cost Survey with scenario analysis Request for Information Announcement Onboarding SEC OOB Process OOB Vendor Functionality Question Inventory Sheet SEC On and Off Boarding – Graphics Request for Information The Securities and Exchange Commission, Office of Acquisitions (OA) is issuing this Request for Information to perform market research to identify potential products or solutions in the market which can meet the SEC's unique requirements for an automated enterprise-wide on-boarding, soft-boarding, and off-boarding processes. The potential solution is referred to as the On-Boarding / Off-Boarding (OOB) system in this Request for Information (RFI). OA is not requesting proposals based on this RFI. DISCLAIMER Please note this is for INFORMATIONAL and PLANNING purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). Responses to this RFI will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government will not pay for the information solicited nor recognize any costs associated with the submission of the RFI. The purpose of this RFI is to provide an opportunity for industry to enhance the success of any future procurement to meet this requirement. Any information obtained as a result of this RFI is intended to be used by the Government on a non-attribution basis for program planning and acquisition strategy development. A determination will be made by the Government whether to issue a solicitation based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
