- Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to answer vendor submitted questions as follows: Q3. With the bid requesting a 28 wide that would mean each piece will be a 14 wide. My question is that we can barely fit a 12 wide unit over the bridge and through the gate. Do you know if they are planning on removing the center post on the bridge and taking down parts of the gate to get these units in. If not do you know of another way they would get them in? A3. The post will be removed to allow a 14' wide trailer to enter the Shipyard using the gate. The date/time of receipt of proposals has not changed.
