- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Real Estate Division requires carpet cleaning for multiple recruiting offices in multiple locations in Pennsylvania. Carpet Cleaning will be done twice a year, the first to be performed within 30 days of contract award and the second to be performed within the last 120 days of the contract, or as scheduled in advance. Carpet Cleaning Contractor shall provide necessary labor, equipment, and supplies required to perform services. All cleaning procedures and treatments shall be accomplished in accordance with the manufacturer's directions and/or listed specifications and industry standards applicable to the Professional Cleaning & Restoration Industry.
