- Schedule of Supplies for item included in this solicitation TITLE: New solicitation for pricing action to long term contract for multiple NSNs in multiple FSCs that are sole source to Woodward in support of multiple weapon systems originally issued under solicitation number SPRRA1-12-R-0054, contract number SPE4AX-13-D-9417. SOLICITATION #: SPE4A5-15-R-0761 The items identified in this synopsis were included in the original solicitation/synopsis and incorporated into contract SPE4AX-13-D-9417 but have not been previously priced. This action is intended for pricing purposes. The contract requires supply of parts. The FSGs for the items proposed for this effort are 28, 29, 30, 31, and 53. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis to Woodward, Inc. (Cage 66503). The original J&A, including these items, was issued on July 17, 2012. The contract has 6 years of performance remaining, including options. A letter RFP will be used to solicit this requirement. These items have been identified as sole source; however, some items may have history showing awards to other than the OEM. Responses to this announcement from other than the OEM are required by July 23, 2015 and should identify items of interest and include evidence of ability to price and supply the items for the contract period identified. Any offers received will be evaluated for feasibility as an alternative to the current contract. A copy of the letter of interest should be forwarded to the contracting officer identified herein and should also be forwarded to the SBA PCR at anne.mastrincola@dla.mil. Vendors having existing stock of surplus or newly manufactured material on hand are invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material or adequate traceability documentation to show that the product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. Subcontracting opportunities do exist for this effort. Letters expressing interest in subcontracting will be forwarded to the awarded OEM. This acquisition is proposed in accordance with FAR 12. The contract is a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract. The attached list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately.
