Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Catered Meals will consist of breakfast, lunch and dinner. The dates begin on 21 July and end 23 September. The meals will need to be cooked and brought to the location at Camp Grayling. Please provide some example of meals you would be providing. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is being conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). No paper copies of this solicitation will be provided. Contract financing will NOT be provided for this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all and will evaluate the possibility of multiple awards. Quotations are being solicited and a Not to Exceed type Purchase Order(s) is anticipated. Multiple invoices are authorized. This solicitation is unrestricted The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722320, Size Standard: $11.0/Million A copy of FAR Clause 52.212-3 with Alt I, Contractor Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, must be completed and submitted with quotation.
