- After Hours Pharmacy This is a pre-solicitation notice for a commercial acquisition using FAR parts 12 and 15. THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. This synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for the information resulting from this posting. VISN 4 - The VISN 4 VA Healthcare System has an ongoing requirement for After Hours Pharmacy Services for Veteran patients located in and around the surrounding counties of Pennsylvania, and a small portion of West Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Ohio. The area of service shall be all patients serviced by the VISN 4 Butler Healthcare System, Lebanon, Coatesville, Erie, Wilkes-Barre, Clarksburg, and Wilmington VA Medical Centers. The purpose of this contract is to remotely provide physician/provider order review; application and provision of drug knowledge; processing/verification of physician/provider orders; order entry, as needed, by an appropriately licensed, trained, and credentialed pharmacist. The procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement will be 621399 with a SBA size standard of $7.5 million. Any resultant contract will be effective for a time period not to exceed five (5) years at the Government's discretion. Services will be at such times and in such quantities as required, FOB destination. The Government intends to award one fixed price IDIQ contract in accordance with all terms, conditions and provisions. The Request for Proposal will be based on the best overall proposal with consideration given to the stated evaluation factors, and to those offerors who provide all information required to be submitted. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal will be posted to this site on or around July 27, 2015. Offerors should continue to monitor FBO for the RFP and any subsequent Amendments to that RFP. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AT THIS TIME. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED
