- This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources. The NAICS code is 325413 and the Size Standard is 500 employees. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business set-aside is possible. The Government intends to award a Firm, Fixed-Price contract to the successful offeror. Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) is seeking qualified sources to provide the following gastroenterology, respiratory and blood culture assay test kits for the BioFire Film Array System used in the Microbiology Laboratory at Tripler Army Medical Center. RFIT-ASY-0105 Respiratory Panel Kit, 30 per box RFIT-ASY-0114 BCID Panel Kit, 30 per box RFIT-ASY-0116 GI Panel Kit, IVD 30 per box RFIT-ASY-0122 Biothreat E, 6 per kit Vendors are invited to submit information relative to their potential of fulfilling the requirement below, in the form of a capability response that addresses the specific requirement identified in this Sources Sought. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, and telephone number, point of contact (POC), and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your offerings and options. Capability statements should be submitted to the attention of Donna Tomita, Contract Specialist, Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific, Building 339, Clark Road, Fort Shafter, HI 96858; email donna.f.tomita.civ@mail.mil. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 15 July 2015 at 4:00 PM Hawaiian Standard Time.
