Description

The Syracuse VA Medical Center located in Syracuse NY has a requirement for a service maintenance agreement for one Ultra Clean XL48 sterilizer. The service maintenance agreement shall include 24hr/7day a week telephone support, on-site support with a response time of 8hrs from receipt of initial call (Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm), scheduled preventative maintenance services and required cleanings as indicated by the manufacturer. All work shall be performed by technician certified by Ultra Clean to service the XL48 Sterilizer and shall only use new original equipment manufacturer parts. The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is less than $50,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Syracuse VA Medical Centers. This is not a solicitation.
