This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being competed on a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside.
