- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is W912CN-15-T-3332 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-82. The ECC PACIFIC RCO Hawaii requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: The Contractor shall furnish all the qualified personnel, services, and materials necessary to install/upgrade an audio/visual system in accordance with strict compliance with all specifications, terms, conditions, clauses, and all other provisions contained herein at Schofield Barracks, Main Post Chapel, Bldg 790. Remove old projector from existing pole mount in the sanctuary. Purchase similar/equivalent to items listed below. Purchase and install a 7000 lumen WUXGA Projector on the existing pole mount in the sanctuary. Installation includes the appropriate lens, a multi-input scaler/switcher to be located in the audio rack at back of sanctuary and all necessary cables to hook-up the projector to the Extron. Projector: Eiki LC #X85, 7000 Lumen, Native XGA up to WUXGA; Lens: Eiki 945-047-2771, Standard Zoom Eiki Ceiling Plate and Mount #0173-4313 Eiki Spare Lamp and Filter Extron IN1508, multi-Input Scaler/Switcher #60-569-01 Hosa Dual RCA-Dual 1/4" audio to system 4 - Lavalier Microphones, w/ bases, compatible w/ existing audio system 30 ft Scissor Lift Rental, Delivery and Pickup and extra personnel, Installation, Warranty A site visited is required please provide the information of the personnel that will be attending the site visit to include(name, email, number. Please see PWS for date and time for site visit's, 1, EA; LI 002: The Contractor shall furnish all the qualified personnel, services, and materials necessary to install/upgrade an audio/visual system in accordance with the strict compliance with all specifications, terms, conditions, clauses, and all other provisions contained herein at Schofield Barracks, Family Life Center, Bldg 791. Site Visit Required. Upgrade and tie together 5 rooms audio/visual existing and new equipment. Existing equipment already installed in the Family Life Ce nter should be incorporated/reused as much as possible to reduce equipment/supply costs. Purchase similar/equivalent to items listed below. 1. One camera and one microphone in each counseling room in Rooms 218, 219, 220, and 221. These rooms are drywall and drop in ceiling. Total of 4 cameras and 4 microphones. 2. Install main A/V recording system DVR or standalone computer with software, monitor, and speaker station in room 218. This room is cement block wall. DVR or standalone computer with software, monitor, and speaker in room 218 must receive and record images and audio from all cameras and microphones from each counseling room. Must be able to do live review and/or playback of recorded session for each room. 3. Install/connect 2nd viewing station (Standalone computer, monitor and speaker) as described in item #3 in room 221. DVR recording system should be able to pre-set to record Monday - Friday between 9 am to 5 pm automatically and the system must have a memory capacity sufficient for 7 business days of storage. System should automatically delete day one after 7th day of recording. 4. Contractor must purchase, move, install all items needed, along with assorted mounting brackets and cabling as necessary to safely and securely mount and install the various equipment. 5.
