- Project Drawings Project specifications Davis Bacon Wage Determination IFB (SF1442) Rollingdale WRP Restoration The project consists of constructing of five rock crossings. The crossings are located on an existing roadbed and will be excavated to natural channel elevation. The bottom and side slopes of the crossings will be covered with geotextile, and six inch thick geocell filled with rockfill. In addition, rock riprap will be placed on the shoulders. Areas disturbed during construction shall be seeded. The Rollingdale Wetland Reserve Program Restoration Project is located in Sumter County, South Carolina. The estimated price range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The required performance time is 72 calendar days. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on, or about Wednesday, July 8, 2015. An organized site visit has been scheduled for: Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 9:30am (local time). Participants will meet at: USDA-NRCS Sumter County Service Center, 1975 Castlerock Drive, Sumter, SC 29153 Interested offerors may register at www.fbo.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
