Description

This is an annual synopsis for NAVSUP Weapon System Support of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-12-G-A752 with Vericor Power Systems, Alpharetta GA and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by the NAVSUP WSS for the period 2015 June 02 thru 2016 June 02 for the evaluation and repair of the ETF40B Marine Gas Turbine. See attached list of applicable NIINs. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). Vericor Power Systems is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source to possess full repair capability. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government making the items listed on Attachment A, sole source to Vericor Power Systems. Even though the items are designated sole source, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
