Description
Please send a email to randal.d.halbrooks.mil@mail.mil if you are a firm interested in this project. In your response, please indicate the socio-economic status of your company. Cyber FOC Construction B735 - B735 IOC is comprised of a 12,500 square foot two-story facility addition to the existing building where the addition will be constructed as an abutted structure. The break through opening and services (communications, electrical, water, etc.) penetrations to the existing B735 facility structure must be planned as a final step so that current operating conditions may continue uninterrupted and then the down-time duration minimized when the adjoining archway walls are removed. The Contractor will be fully responsible for compliance with all base, local, state, and federal environmental/occupational safety laws, rules and regulations that apply. The Contractor will follow life and safety codes, and take necessary actions to avoid conditions, which may be hazardous to the health and safety of base personnel. The Contractor is responsible for all permits associated with the project. Magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Construction/contract completion time is anticipated to take approximately 365 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. The small business size standard is $33.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. This project is being solicited as a TOTAL SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is to be announced. The tentative date for the pre-proposal conference and site visit is to be announced at the 118th Airlift Wing located at the Berry Field Airbase for the Tennessee Air Guard, Nashville, TN Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-proposal conference. The cut-off date for all questions for the pre-proposal conference will be announced in the solicitation, they shall be submitted via e-mail (preferred) to randal.d.halbrooks.mil@mail.mil or fax to (615)313-2659. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation. The award will be based on competitive bids. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Firms can register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line within the SAM website.
