Description
Salient Characteristics DM Local Policy This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-15-Q-0370 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83, Defense Circular Number 20150626, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 20150406.The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this request is 334290 with a size standard of 750 employees or less. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following key tracking system: 1 EA, Brand name or equal: KeyTrak 720 Complete System PT Series: -Includes (3) 240 key drawers, compact server, 17" flat monitor, auto backup, mouse, keyboard, USB 4 port hub, CDRW, laser printer, 750 key tags, 15 personal identification fobs, and all Keytrak Key Control Software License - GEM Plus Version. Server supports up to 8 drawers 4 EA, Brand name or equal: 240 Short Lighted Key Drawer with System Purchase -Includes 100 key tags 1 EA, Brand name or equal: Fingerprint ID with System Purchase 1 EA, Brand name or equal: One year of software support -24/day, 365/yr phone support 1 EA, Brand name or equal: One year of hardware support -Repair by replacement 2 EA, Brand name or equal: Cabinet with Short Panels For Compact -Drawers will be short drawers. Includes (3) short panels and (1) bottom panel.
