- Description
- 1.0INTENT The following specification is for the procurement of five new paperless chart recorders for use at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Dworshak Project, Ahsahka, Idaho (Dworshak Project). 2.0BACKGROUND Dworshak Project employs a series of Chart Recorders to monitor and record real-time data on its hydropower systems operation. The Chart Recorders are critical to analyzing and evaluating events on the system. The current units are old and outdated and require replacement with latest reliable technology, to include availability of high-capacity internal hard drives. The existing units are Yokogawa Model VR204-0/C3/E4/F1/L1/R1/D2. 3.0SCOPE The successful Offeror shall be required to deliver five new replacement Chart Recorders to Dworshak Project. The Chart Recorders shall be Yokogawa P/N GX10-1E/C3/FL/US10/CR01, which is the latest technology replacement for the model unit currently installed at Dworshak Project. GX10Data Acquisition Main Unit -1E english /C3RS422/485 serial Modbus RTU /FLFail Output, 1 relay /US10with universal analog input module; 10 ch; screw terminals. /CR01with digital input module; 16 inputs 4.0WARRANTY & TECHNICAL SUPPORT The contractor shall provide a minimum 3-year warranty on the units and a minimum 1-year remote technical support. 5.0O& M Manuals Before the work will be considered complete, the Contractor shall provide a minimum one hardcopy and one electronic copy of all available documentation regarding the product provided to include available product construction information, installation instructions, operation and maintenance instructions, full description of warranty and contact information for warranty and technical support information. 6.0SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY All items in this specification shall be delivered FOB Destination to Dworshak Project within eight weeks of contract award. The Contractor shall be responsible for packaging and shipping the components in a manner that will ensure undamaged and complete arrival to Dworshak Project. Deliveries shall only be made or performed during normal Dworshak Project business hours, Monday-Thursday 6:30AM-5:00PM, excluding federal holidays.
