Description

JEFO This task order has been issued under the Internal Revenue Service's Total Information Processing Support Services (TIPSS-4) Information Technology Service (ITS) Indefinite Delivery Contract for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO). The requirement is for BEP Enterprise (BEN) Program Management, Architecture, and Functional and Technical Operations and Maintenance Support. This task order was issued under the Exceptions to Fair Opportunity, FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B) - 'Only one awardee is capable of providing the supplies/services required at the level of quality required because they are unique or highly specialized' to Deloitte Consulting LLP. The task order contains a 7-month base period, one 3-month option period, and one 2-month option period. The total value of the base and all option periods is $12,802,341.44. This task order also includes FAR 52.217-8 'Option to Extend Services', for a price of $6,404,842.24. The Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) is attached.
