- List of items solicited Solicitation SPE4A5-15-R-0810 will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The RFP contains 63 NSNs which are listed in Attachment 1 to this notice. This is a 100% HUBZone set -aside solicitation for AMC/AMSC 1/G or 2/G items which are fully competitive (drawings will be provided). The contract will be effective for a one year base period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract for four one-year option periods. Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin for the majority of the items, two items specify Destination. FOB Destination applies to all items. All estimated annual quantities, along with the minimum and maximum delivery order quantities will be included in the solicitation document. Evaluation and award will be done on a line by line basis. Numerous NSNs include First Article Testing requirements; these will be specified in the solicitation. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be July 28, 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.
