- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number F2F3405136A004 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-82, effective 8 June 2015. This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 13.5. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 811111 and size standard of $7.5M. The Standard Industrial Classification for this requirement is 7538. Subject requirement is for a teardown, quote and repair of a Elgin Sweeper at Hurlburt Field, FL. The contractor shall provide all qualified labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts (except those listed as provided by the government), shipping, and all other items necessary to perform services as outlined in Section 1 of the SOW, Description of Services, at Hurlburt Field, FL in a manner that will ensure serviceability and prevent deterioration in operational effectiveness.
