- Request for Quote The 502d Contracting Squadron 2250 Engineer Street Building 4196 Suite 101, San Antonio, TX 78234 has a requirement to Upgrade the fueling system at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Recreational Park Marina, Canyon Lake (Hancock Cove). This combined synopsis/solicitation shall constitute the only announcement for this requirement. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference number is JBSAF50141. This requirement is unrestricted, any size business may apply. The FAR, DoD supplements (DFARS), and Air Force FAR supplements (AFFARS) do not apply to Non appropriated (NAF) procurement except as required by AFMAN 64-302 and AFI 64-301. Only those clauses required by law or otherwise stated in AFMAN 64-302 shall be mandatory. It is the offeror's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 237120, Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction.
