- SF30 with Summary of Changes and Specification Revisions The project consists of constructing rock crossings at three (3) sites. The crossings are located on existing roadbeds. The roadbed will be excavated to a natural channel elevation for the length specified. Road slopes will be 10 to 1. The bottom and slopes of the crossings will be covered with geotextile, and 6 inches of rockfill. Areas disturbed during construction shall be seeded. The Roark Wetland Reserve Program Restoration Project is located in Williamsburg County, South Carolina. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The required performance time is 25 calendar days. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on, or about Friday, June 12, 2015. A Site Showing will be held for this project on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 9:30 am (est) at the following location: Williamsburg County USDA Service Center at 502 Martin Luther King Jr. Highway, Kingstree, SC 29556 THE DUE DATE FOR QUOTES HAS BEEN CHANGED TO WEDNESDAY, JULY 22, 2015 BY 4:00PM. A new Amendment is pending regarding the Bridge Crossing (see Amendment 1 Q&A). The amendment should be posted by Tuesday, July 14, 2015. Interested offerors may register at www.fbo.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
