- 200 genotyping samples on the Illumina OMNI 2.5M bead chip The overall goal of this potential purchase order is to obtain a Genome Scan all of the CNV-positive samples at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). The purpose and objective of the purchase is to detect any other additional copy number variations (CNV) for the preselected CNV positive subjects through the whole genome microarray array. Additional CNV information may give better understanding how large and rare CNVs contribute some clinical phenotypes. The contractor shall be able to provide the following: 200 genotyping samples on the Illumina OMNI 2.5M bead chip, along with a QC report and Genome Studio Project. Contractor will use their facilities, equipment, personnel and technical expertise to deliver the data analysis results.
