The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project for the Communications Squadron's Requirement IDIQ on Malmstrom Air Force Base near Great Falls, Montana, is to work on building cabling systems, copper and fiber optic (FO) entrance cable, termination equipment, copper and fiber backbone cable, copper and fiber horizontal distribution cable, workstation outlets, racks, cable management, patch panels, cable tray, cable ladder, conduits, grounding, and labeling The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 29 July 2015. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred and sixty five (365) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is set aside to 100% small business in accordance with the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site www.sam.gov). All responsible sources must submit an offer good for 365 calendar days, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with SAM. (See Internet Site: http://www.sam.gov ). The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. 18. Place of contract performance : Malmstrom AFB, MT 59402-6863, U. S. 19.
