- Solicitation W912K6-15-R-0010 SOW PJMS 142033 SOW PJMS 142023 New gate location Base access form The Maryland Air National Guard 2701 Eastern Blvd. Baltimore Md. 21220 will invite vendors to attend a site visit on the 21 Jul 2015: Time: 1 PM EST. This solicitation is 100 % set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the small business size standard is $23.5 million. Additional NAICS, 238330,238210,238220. All pre-site visit questions will be reviewed by a technical representative and discussed at the site visit. All pre-site visit questions must be put into writing and emailed to 175wg.msc@ang.af.mil by 20 Jul 2015 5:00 PM. RFI's will be due on 22 Jul 2015 3 pm est. The Contractor access form for base access must be emailed to 175wg.msc@ang.af.mil by 20 Jul 2015 5:00 PM. Bids will be due by EMAIL on 28 Jul 2015 3 PM est to 175wg.msc@ang.af.mil. No faxes will be accepted. Attached find the supporting documentation for this solicitation. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. All responsible small business sources are encouraged to submit a bid that will be considered for award. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award must be registered on line at the System for Award Management (SAM). Disclosure of the Magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000 (IAW FAR 36.204). Proposals will be evaluated utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Source Selection Procedures in accordance with the United States Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15 and all associated supplements. The project will be solicited under Full and Open Competition and will be awarded as a firm-fixed price construction contract. A submission of Methods and plans ( not to exceed 3 pages) that demonstrate an understanding of what is being requested will be required.
