- Action Code: Presolicitation Notice Class Code: 29 Subject: Regulator, Voltage Solicitation Number: W58RGZ-15-R-0293 Set-Aside Code: N/A Response Date: 7/17/2015 Place of Performance: Army Contracting Command - Redstone Aviation Logistics Directorate ATTN: CCAM-ALM, Contracting Officer, Bldg 5303, Martin Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL. 35898-5280 US Description: The contractor shall furnish all labor, facilities, parts, materials, equipment, tools and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to accomplish the overhaul of the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Regulator, Engine INPUT NSN / PART NUMBER: 2920-01-471-0887/ CSV3370-3 OUTPUT NSN / PART NUMBER: 2920-01-471-0887/ CSV3370-3 ESTIMATED QUANTITY RANGE: 7 Minimum - 81 Maximum (14 FMS) The proposed contractual action will be a Firm Fixed Price Maintenance and Overhaul type contract, with the quantities listed above. These items are non-commercial; FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. This procurement is restricted to GE Aviation Systems LLC, (CAGE Codes 07639 and 1R9D8), 740 East National Road, Vandalia, and OH 45377-3062. Technical data is not available to support a full and open competitive solicitation. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer overhaul specifications and drawings. These items have not been identified as a Critical Safety Items (CSI). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Requests for the solicitation shall be by mail. You may mail your request to Audrey Peterson, CCAM-ALM, Bldg 5303, 2nd Floor, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000. Proposals can be hand-carried, mailed via the US Postal Service, or delivered by a commercial delivery service. No FAX or email responses shall be accepted for the initial proposal. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
