- To provide quality professional legal education and training to international military members, international civilian government officials, and other related personnel in furtherance of U.S. national security and foreign policy objectives. The contract is hybrid firm fixed price, labor hours contract with cost reimbursable CLINS for Travel and other authorized ODC. For this procurement, Curriculum Development, Instruction and Distinguished Instruction will be labor hour CLINS since there is a level of uncertainty with regard to quantity of services needed at any time. Program Management, Logistics Management, Training Coordination, and Administrative Assistance will be firm fixed price.
