- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The successful Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to perform load testing and calibration of 400 Hz converters and outlets in six (6) buildings located on the Wheeler-Sack Army Air Field (WSAAF), Fort Drum NY. These outlets are used to power fixed and rotary wing aircraft, and require an annual load test and inspection of the outlets and power supplies. All work will shall performed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract shall be Firm Fixed-Price. This procurement is one hundred percent set-aside for Small Business concerns. As prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004, interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the NAICS 238210, representations and certifications must also be on record. Both of these registrations can be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. SAM must be completed at the time of quote. After the solicitation is posted, questions shall be submitted in writing via email to: kelly.s.taranto.civ@mail.mil, or delivered, mailed to, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, 31 Quartermaster Rd, Fort Drum, NY 13602-5220.
