- Solicitation Number: VA786-15-R-0317 This Pre-solicitation Notice is issued is for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, (NCA) is seeking qualified SDVOSB to provide all supervision, professional advice/guidance, labor, parts, materials, equipment and personnel to expertly remove and replace electric control valves at Riverside National Cemetery, 22945 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside California, 92518. Awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov and registered in www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ All proposals must be submitted through the Department of Veterans Affairs vendor portal website in order to be considered for award. Please go to VA eCMS Vendor Portal to register, https://www.vendorportal.ecms.va.gov. For assistance contact the VAAS helpdesk at 1-877-634-3739, or via email at VA.Acquisition.Systems@va.gov. Responses to the solicitation are due by July 29, 2:00 p.m. EST. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted.
