Description

This is a sole source requirement for: 1. GCMS-QP2010 Ultra EI, O20525050059, Extended Warranty Plus 2. AOC-20I, C12045000043, Extended Warranty Plus 3. AOC-20S, C12055000001, Extended Warranty Plus 4. GCMS-QP2010 Ultra EI, O20525050069, Extended Warranty Plus 5. AOC-20I, C12045000033, Extended Warranty Plus 6. AOC-20S, C12055000008, Extended Warranty Plus 7. TRAVEL CHARGE, TRAVEL ZONE A (0-100 MILES) OFTS is requesting renewal of an existing service agreement with Shimadzu Scientific Instruments for two GCMS instruments for a period of one year. The service agreement terms and conditions describe the levels of service offered. The agreement is for extended warranty plus coverage. Extended warranty coverage includes all labor and parts (excluding consumables necessary to restore the instrument to operating specifications. Repairs may be made at Shimadzu's service center, or a replacement part may be provided on site. In addition, one premium preventative maintenance visit is included. The premium preventative maintenance visit shall include necessary cleaning, adjustments, verifications, and parts replacement. This is of value to OFTS to show that our instruments are properly serviced and their performance verified for accreditation purposes and in meeting forensic drug testing standards of practice.
