Ft. (ABOA): 17,148 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,005 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 19,700 Space Type: Office and Warehouse (Flex space) Parking Spaces (Total):28 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured):3 indoor onsite garage parking spaces for large multi-purpose vehicles Additional 25 secured, fenced garage parking spaces onsite for government vehicles. Parking Spaces (Reserved):28 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 1st or 2nd floor contiguous space required; Minimum ceiling height 15 feet; 1Drive In Ramp and Roll-up Door to accommodate indoor parking for 3 oversized vehicles; Office area approximately 8,850 ABOASF; Warehouse area approximately 8,298 ABOASF; If onsite parking for 25 government vehicles is not available, the Government will consider offsite, controlled access, well lit garage parking within 2 blocks of the leased space. Parking spaces must be accessible 24/7. Buildings offered for consideration must be within the defined delineated area as shown above and have the ability to meet all current Federal/GSA/PBS, State, and Local codes and regulations including, but not limited fire safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Not all minimum requirements of this solicitation are expressed in this advertisement.
