- Fully Automated Processing • Fully automatic feed of like-sized mail at up to 200 letters per minute • Scale with shape based rating capable up to 200 letters per minute • Seal mail up to 5/8" thick - closed flap feeding • Postcards, letter mail, or flats up to 10" x 13" (landscape or portrait) Printing • Monochrome Printing Accessories • Laser Printer • One 150-lb interfaced weighing scale • Adhesive Label Printer Easy-to-Use • Intuitive color touch-screen display (minimum 10-inch display) • Programmable job presets for common postage and printing runs • Built-in on-screen tutorials to support novice users • Fully spelled out rate and product mode selections • Web applications to improve productivity and access to information Meter software will be compatible with recent USPS system upgrades that require all metered parcels and flats weighing more than 13 ounces to have an intelligent mail barcode, i.e., Intelligent Mail Package Barcode compliant, and as a result allows for discounted contract rates, automatic $50 in insurance, street smart addressing, expenditure tracking and electronic return receipt. Additionally, meter software will have rate shopping (for all carriers and USPS) and report generating capability. Includes installation and training. **shall be able to process 4k - 6k pieces of mail annually**
