- constructing a soil cement revetment structure approximately 3,800 feet in length, including excavation and backfill, minor stonework, concrete drainage culverts, landscaping, A.C. paving, grading, fencework, import of fill, and dewatering Cost range for this project is projected to be more than $10,000,000.00 Bids are solicited from small business concerns only. Bids received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. All bidders are advised that this project may be delayed, cancelled or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation and/or final award process. Downloading the Solicitation: The solicitation will be available on or about 31 July 2015. Plans and specifications will not be provided in hard paper copy.
