Printing Verbiage for Damaged Mail Bags Listing of bag sizes Dear Offeror, The United States Postal Service intends to solicit proposals for Poly Bags for Damaged Mail. Solicitation 3D-15-A-0154 - Poly bags for Damaged Mail will be issued on or before July 20, 2015. You are required to register at USPS Emptoris eSourcing. Please use the following NAICS code when you register in USPS eSourcing:326111 Plastics Bag and Pouch Critical RFP dates are as follows: Last date to register in USPS eSourcing: Aug 14, 2015 1159EST RFP Open: July 20, 2015 8:00 AM EST RFP Close: August 21, 2015 2:00 PM EST If your organization wishes to participate in the Request for Proposals (RFP): 1) You MUST register your organization at https://uspsesourcing.emptoris.com. Registration is MANDATORY in order to participate in any of the RFPs. All proposals must be submitted in USPS eSourcing. Failure to do so will disqualify your organization.
