Description

Solicitation Document. This Solicitation outlines an open market procurement action that will result in the award of a single, fixed price contract for all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, materials and other items as may be required to complete the removal and replacement of approximately 6,600 square feet of ceiling tiles for Pretrial Services Agency's Office of Facilities Management Department. Areas of work shall include C-225, C-220, C-210, C-301 and C-302. Contractor shall review Attachment I of this document, the Statement of Work, for more information. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) is 99-Miscellaneous and the North American Industry Classification System Code is 238390-Other Building Finishing Contractors. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. To be considered for award, the Contractor must propose pricing for removing and replacing approximately 6,600 square feet of ceiling tiles - as described in the Section E of this solicitation. The Government will award purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
