- Redacted J&A This contract action is for services to perform engineering and technical support of the Hot Bench test stations for the DEWS/CMWS system for the FMS customer Saudi Arabia. This requirement also includes support for Operational Flight Programmer (OFP), Mission Data File (MDF), and Mission Data File Generator (MDFG). The DEWS/CMWS Hot Mockup Bench supports software development and maintenance for the DEWS/CMWS selected as the state of the art EW system for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15SA production and conversion aircraft. The Government awarded the contract action to BAE Systems (CAGE 94117). The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). The Government does not own or possess rights to re-procurement data to facilitate competitive procurement of the instant sustainment services from any other source.
