- Description
- The Department of Justice (DOJ), Debt Collection Management Staff (DCM) has a requirement for vendors who possess the experience and resources to provide Operations and Maintenance as well as support services for the Consolidated Debt Collection System (CDCS) and Debt Management Module (WebDMM). CDCS is the current system that has been in operation since 2007. CDCS is a web based Oracle 11G application with a mixture of Oracle Forms, Java and Pega as the front end user screens. Reporting in CDCS is a combination of Oracle Forms reports, Oracle Discoverer and Oracle OBIEE data Analytics. The technology path forward for CDCS is to continue to convert to Java as makes sense, move off of Oracle Discoverer and other reports so that all CDCS reporting is done using Oracle OBIEE. Another component to the DOJ debt collection is the Debt Management Module (WebDMM), which is part of the Department's Financial System, Financial Management Information System (FMIS2+), the official accounting system for several Department components. WebDMM interfaces with the CDCS system, is managed by DCM and must be supported as part of this contract. The system is a web based system with Teradata SQL programming. DOJ requires the continued operations and support of CDCS, WebDMM and User Training and Communications. The continued operations and support of the systems also includes support services including: System Enhancements - Significant System Modifications and Operation of the Nationwide Central Intake Facility (NCIF) for new claims, financial processing and Help Desk operations. The period of performance will be a base year and five option years. The anticipated RFP release date is on/about July 24, 2015. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. Also, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management at http//www.sam.gov.
