Description

Floor Care Services - Solicitation The Library of Congress' Facility Services is seeking an experienced vendor to provide comprehensive floor cleaning and maintenance services for the Library's Capitol Hill Campus buildings. The Library requires a vendor with third party certifications, such as Cleaning Industry Management Standards (CIMS) to provide comprehensive floor care services for its Capitol Hill Campus Buildings. The services include but are not limited to maintaining and preserving the various floor types in the public spaces, which includes corridors, thresholds, elevator cabs, stairwells and tunnels connecting the buildings.
