- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Otisville, located in Otisville, NY anticipates issuance of a solicitation to refurbish an ultraviolet disinfection system at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Otisville, New York. The successful contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment and expertise for this construction project. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is a total 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 221320, which contains a size standard of $19 million. The period of performance for the resulting contract is 120 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at the System for Award Management website at www.sam.gov. Faith Based and Community Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. There are no tax exemptions.
