- Description
- This is a non-personnel services contract to provide childcare services in support of the Yellow Ribbon Event for 1 -114th Infantry Battalion in Atlantic City, New Jersey at the Trump Taj Mahal. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.The Contractor shall provide qualified, licensed and or certified personnel (in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey) to provide child care services for the 1-114th Infantry Battalion Pre-Deployment Yellow Ribbon Program Event. The Government must have the ability to add or subtract children up to 48 hours prior to the event. Government will pay for the minimum final number of children established 48 hours prior to the event.
