- Description
- The USDA Forest Service has a requirement for Road Repairs on the Nantional Forests of North Carolina Road 81, Wolf Laurel Raod, located on the Cheoah Ranger District, Graham County, Robbinsville, NC. Work on this project includes, but is not limited to, Erosion Control, Culvert Installation, Road Grading and Surfacing, Ditch Reconstruction, and Seeding. Project Magnitude: Between $25,000 and $100,000 A Payment Bond for 100% of quote will be required within 10 Days from the Contractor that is awarded this project. This procurement is set aside 100% for Small Business Hubzone contractors Site visit is scheduled for Thursday, August 6, at 10:30 AM at the project site. Directions: From the Cheoah Ranger Office in Robbinsville, head west on NC-143W, travel 2.2 miles. Turn right to stay on NC-143W, travel about 6.8 miles. Turn right onto Santeetlah Road, travel about 105 feet, Turn left onto Old Santeetlah Road (not signed), this will become NSRF-81, upper Santeelah Road. From this intersection, travel about 6.7 miles to Wolf Laurel Road, NFSR-81F on the right (also not signed) Cliff Northrop will be managing the Site Visit/Pre-bid meeting.
