Description

The work includes, but is not limited to, to provide all labor, materials, supervision, transportation, quality control, and storage to maintain approximately 12,700 filters, consisting of 11 different types of filters, located at 125 facilities and requiring 8 different frequencies for replacement. The contract for filter maintenance contains 58 different schedules with multiple replacement criteria on a monthly basis. This requirement will be for a base year plus four (4) option periods of one year each to run consecutively. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four option years.
