- Solicitation document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Solid Waste Collection, for FLETC's Glynco, Georgia, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number for this requirement is HSFLGL-15-B-00010 and is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The subject solicitation has incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82/06-08-2015. This commercial item action is set-aside 100% for Small Business Concerns and will be a non-competitive solicitation utilizing sealed bidding procedures as in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14.1 Sealed Bidding. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) code is 562111 and the Small Business Standard is $38.5 million. Acceptance of an award certifies that the firm will comply with FAR 52.222-50, Combating Trafficking in Persons, by notifying all employees and subcontractors at all levels. Services are for the Student Services Division (SSD) Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC's), Glynco, Georgia as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) found in SECTION D. Pricing Schedule and Periods of Performance (PoP) Service dates for each CLIN are detailed in SECTION B. A site visit is scheduled for Friday, July 31, 2015, beginning at 09:30 HRS. All parties interested in attending the site visit shall notify James Hicks, by e-mail at James.Hicks@fletc.dhs.gov, no later than Friday, July 24, 2015, 16:00 HRS with the following details: Business Name, the names of individuals whom will be attending the site visit. This information is necessary in order to coordinate access to the facility through the FLETC's Security and Emergency Management (SEM) Division. Transportation from building # 1 the visitor center will be arranged and provided by the Government.
