- Description
- This pre-solicitation notice is for Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation no. W912CN-16-B-0001. Proposed work is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other incidental items to perform roofing repairs/installations and related work at various Army installations Schofield Barracks, Fort Shafter, Wheeler Army Air Field, Helemano Military Reservation, Aliamanu Military Reservation, Tripler Army Medical Center) on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. This requirement is 100% set-aside for 8(a) firms located within the geographical area serviced by the SBA Hawaii District Office and other 8(a) construction firms with a bona fide place of business within the geographical competitive area and with the assigned NAICS code. Contract will be a firm-fixed-price requirement type construction contract. Contract term will be base plus two option periods. Anticipated period of performance is: Base Year 01 DEC 2015 - 30 NOV 2016; Option One 01 DEC 2016 - 30 NOV 2017; Option Two 01 DEC 2017 - 30 NOV 2018. The magnitude of the requirement is more than $10,000,000. The NAICS code is 238160 with a size standard of $15.0M. Tentative date for IFB will be on or about September 15, 2015.
