- This project is a Full Facility Restoration (FFR) Design/Build project to renovate and repair the Building 350 at Parks, CA Reserves Forces Training Center. The training building is approximately 14,000 square feet (sf). Renovations include repair of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and telecommunications. Interior repair includes corridors, restrooms, ceilings, lighting, doors, sprinklers, and finishes. Exterior work includes site and parking repairs. This project is The NAICS code is 236220. The Business Size Standard is $33.5M. The cost range is between $1M and $5M. The performance period shall not exceed 540 calendar days. The proposals will be evaluated using the single phase, Best Value Process. Proposals will be evaluated based on the following technical factors: Experience, Past Performance, Management, Price and Pro Forma Requirements. The estimated issue date is 31 July 2015 and approximate closing date is 03 September 2015, at 2:00PM Eastern Time. This project is subject to availability of funds; funds are not presently available. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
