Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center 1601 Brenner Ave, Salisbury North Carolina 28144 will be soliciting proposal for transitional housing Services. Contractor shall provide diagnostic and therapeutic services in medicine, surgery, rehabilitation medicine, psychiatry, and skilled nursing home care. The facility will also provide homeless shelter services to Veterans requiring transition program to aid homeless Veterans for the VA Medical Center, Salisbury, NC. The contractor shall provide Temporary Residential Shelter to include but not limited to, beds, restrooms, bath, kitchen facilities, and related furnishings. Adequate safety and security measures in accordance with VA standards and in conformance with state and local safety and health codes as outlined in 38 CFR, Section 17.53b. A request for proposal for (VA246-15-Q-0958) will be issued within one week. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is September 20, 2015 through September 19, 2016, with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 623220 with a size standard of $15 Million. The Government may award multiple contracts resulting from this solicitation. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the SAM System for Award Management database at http://www.sam/gov and Online Representations and Certifications Applicable (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx.
