- AMPURE XP, 60ML MECS: 1)System should utilize Agencourt's solid-phase paramagnetic bead technology for high-throughput purification 2)The system should require no centrifugation and filtration. 3)The system should be able to recover amplicons greater than 100bp. 4)The system should be efficient in removal of unincorporated dNTPs, primers, primer dimers, salts and other contaminants. 5)The system should have consistent recovery throughout the kit's 12 month shelf life. 6)The system should be compatible with manual and automated 96- or 384-well formats. 7)System should be able in efficient recovery of double stranded and single stranded DNA templates.
