Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO8 VA Caribbean Healthcare System, San Juan, Puerto Rico intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Part 12) sole source contract with KNOLL, Inc. 200 S. Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 1700, Miami, FL 3313under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. To provide additional furniture for the first floor in the Administration Building. of the San Juan VA Medical Center facility, located at 10 Casia Street, San Juan, PR, 00921-3201. Office furniture necessary to complete several areas on the 1st floor. No solicitation package is available. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to these requirements by JULY 22, 2015 10:00AM Caribbean/Puerto Rico. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
