LEO OTA Attachment - Application Process Webinar LEO OTA Attachment - Question and Answer Tracker LEO OTA Attachment - Budget Form LEO OTA Attachment - Data Sheet LEO OTA Attachment - Sample SOJO LEO OTA - Synopsis Solicitation Amendment - 01 HSTS02-15-R-SLR800 is being amended to: Extend the submission due date from 08/17/2015 to 08/31/2015, update proposal narrative language, update the TSA Contracting Officer contact information, change the effective date and term, remove the Attachment entitled "Other Transaction Financial Reporting" and its associated references, update the Attachment entitled "Sample SOJO" to reflect a calendar year term, provide Attachments entitled "Budget Form" and "Data Sheet" in Excel Format, and provide new Attachments entitled "Question - Answer Tracker" and "Application Process Webinar" as a result of the Webinars held on 7 July. As such, sections 3 and 4 have been updated as well as section 6 Articles IV, V, and VIII, and section 7. Changes made are in bold.
