- Description
- The proposed procurement is for (1) NSN (2910-00-287-1912) a Total Small Business Set-Aside using full and open competition after the exclusion of sources, set-aside for small businesses. All responsible approved sources may submit an offer / quote, which shall be considered. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Item is not a Critical Safety Item. The anticipated contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price, Long Term Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The IQC is being solicited for a 3 base year contract with an escalation potential for base years 2 and 3. Item is to be shipped to various locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis. The total base years shall not exceed three (3) years. Small Business size standard is 750 employees. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. While pricing may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of Price, Delivery, and Past Performance, as described in the solicitation-refer to Section "M" of solicitation. This synopsis will open at least 15 days prior to issuance of solicitation. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation. The solicitation will not be available until the issue date at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/.
