- Title: Notice of Intent for award of sole source purchase order for Joint Range Extension upgrade serial #678 for the 705CTS/RM Description: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The AFNWC/PZID Kirtland AFB, NM intends to award a sole source contract to Engility Corporation for the purchase of Joint Range Extension upgrade serial #678. Engility Corporation is the only authorized vendor encompassing service and upgrade for the Joint Range Extension upgrade serial #678. Anticipated date of award is 24 July 2015.
